- 1992 – Keurig founded
- 1993 – Hires a quality assurance manager Dick Sweeney
- 1995 – Keurig founder John Sylvan is hospitalized after collapsing at an atm. He admits to drinking 30-40 cups of coffee a day, so his doctors diagnose him with caffeine poisoning
- 1998 – Launched Special brewing system
- 2000 – Creating new K-Cups to accommodate drinkers of tea, hot chocolate etc
- 2003 – 40,000 offices around America
- 2004-The B100 brewer was introduced and marketed as a personal home brewer
- 2006-Green Mountain Coffee Reserve(GMCR), an initial investor in the Keurig brand buys the company for $160 million, and becomes a full owner of the Keurig name
- 2010-Keurig and K-Cup sales are over $1.2 billion
- 2012-The Keurig Vue and Rivo are introduced separately. Keurig Vue offers more choices in brewing, such as temperature and brew strength, while Rivo brews espresso
- 2014-About 6.6 million units are recalled by Keurig because of consumer burns
- 2015- Total $4.5 billion sales and K-Cups $3.6 billion
